Oiiiii!
On Sunday we went on splits with some members of the ward again to help us get more work done in our area. I went with Moises! Moises is the most interesting person I have ever met. He is french canadian, speaks french, german, english, spanish, kikché, and is learning italian! He moved to Guatemala and owns two bilingual schools but moved to Honduras recently. He served his mission in California. Recently he went with a body on a giant hippy backpacking trip through Central America up to Canada and back. They rode on trains, went with the illegal immigrants and had crazy experiences. One time he found one of the people he baptized while he was at a restaurant. Anyways, he is coming back to the church right now and is really, really helpful and awesome about it.
We went and visited an inactive young man and Moises really helped him feel loved and appreciated. He seemed so ready to come back to church at the end of the visit. It was great.
We contacted people in the richest part of my area and he taught me what he used to do in California. Just to ask for a glass of water. It kind of breaks the ice, they do service, and we get water! Win Win! We even got some Coca Cola haha.

At one point he said to me that he really misses doing missionary work. It was just a great day, all in all!
This week was our transfers/changes. Always a crazy week here in the office. I had to go close houses and clean them out and open others. From 7am to
9:30pm I was out and running around for a couple days! But we got it all done!
On Tuesday the new kids came to the mission. Err, the new missionaries! I was assigned to go out and work with Elder Cox, from Las Vegas! We went out and contacted while we waited for his interview with president. I took him on a rapidito! He told me while we were walking around that he felt like he was in a dream and it was super hot! hahahh That's exactly how I felt! I told him to give himself two weeks and he'll be alright. He had a good time. We ran into a member that was the first lesson I had in Honduras on my first day! Kinda cool.
We talked to a guard on a street and he was super nice and interested. Really cool guy. I found out later that the guard lives in the area that Elder Cox went to and I am going to send him the number!
A rapidito (but the one we went on was full of dents and pretty full!):
I went to Copan again to open a house. I wish I took a photo of how Elder Elmer and I loaded up the truck, we put everything in it! Beds, fridge, wardrobes, microwaves, table, chairs, and more! Redneck style of course, don't you worry!
Welp, there's that. Keep being great people everyone! Have a happy week!
