¡Un Escopetazo! Dallin Poulson 8/13/2016

Oh hey it's Pday again! Time is FLYING by here in the (mission) office.

On Sunday, we went to visit Walter Wong. We left the Book of Mormon with him at the end of a ´´get to know you´´ lesson. We came back to see how he was with plans on teaching the restoration and he surprised us by telling us that he read all the way to JACOB.  WOAH. I was a little excited! He had several questions but he seems to love it! We´re gonna go back tomorrow!

Last night I had a great lesson with Elder Escalante and Elder Elmer in their area. It was about repentance with a very humble and happy family. They all should be coming to church this week! Afterwards we contacted a guy that owns two ford mustangs from the 60's and 70's! He was really nice too.

Yesterday my companion and I left to our area in the morning with brooms and a machete to contact people by offering service! We helped two people and they were really nice. One made us a pretty good soup and we talked with their family. We'll go back there later as well. 

As far as events of this week, do you guys remember the horse cart people that I sent a picture of? Welp, Elder Elmer was driving and cut a gap too close and broke our car mirror by it hitting one of those carts. They didn't even notice! But yeah, we had to get that replaced.

I went to Puerto Cortes 3 times in 2 days to help bring a missionary to doctors appointments.

During the Ruta that we do, we had to pick an elder up and take him to the president to be released. It was a crazy day of running back and forth and getting calls from all the missionaries asking where we were!  

I received a referral today for someone in WISCONSIN. I looked it up and there's kind of a chance that I am sending the referral to my BROTHER Weston Poulson! That would blow my mind! 

OH, the other night I woke up to a bunch of movement from my companion at 4:30 am. Like giant bangs and stuff. I thought that he was having a crazy nightmare or something, and all the sudden BOOOM. He jumped from his bunk bed to the floor! He turned on the light and said: There's a GIANT moth in my bed! hahahhahahahahah. Ooooh. Then it happened again an hour later! haha.

PDAY. We went and got our teeth cleaned at the dentist?  We got the idea last week and went through with it. A member is a dentist and cleaned them for like $13 each  (only 5 cavities...  ) Not bad!

Later we went and played court soccer against the secretaries from the other mission. They beat us by one point after a long fought battle! It was a blast!
